If a could give him 100 stars, I would, he went above and beyond my expectations. He took a difficult situation and totally turned it around so that family and friends were able to view my sister's body during her homegoing celebration. He was so professional, polite, and transparent. What I loved most about him is that he has a passion for what he does and that alone is priceless for the families during those difficult times. To S.M. Goodson, Angela and other staff, I salute you for your great work.

Where do I began? First and foremost I wasn't paid to write or give a review. I am doing this for 2 reasons. 1. My career in leadership in a call center for Fortune 500 company has me trained to write reviews for good and bad service. 2. Its from me personally as well. Now let's get started. From the moment they arrived at my aunts home to going back to the funeral home for service and even back to the burial ground they where amazing. Just the warmth, the smiles the patience was beautiful. Now that was just what I observed from the staff. Now let's review the service provided. These family of morticians took care of my uncle awesomely. They prepared his home going so beautifully. The way they where attentive to every detail had me in awe. From his haircut to his full presentation. I could not have asked for better or different service. Now finally the facility. Man, when I tell you the funeral home was immaculate. Not only CLEAN but warm and inviting. You wouldn't immediately get the impression of being in a funeral home since you are greeted with smiles and warmth. This location was not sad and dreary or had an odor. In fact it smelled pleasant which is surprising considering the smell I have endured at other funeral homes. Even the bathrooms was pristine. The only small concern I could tell was the plumbing when flushing toliet in the ladies bathroom. Other than that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this funeral home and the family that owns it. I do plan to visit here to talk with them about my final arrangements. Thank you Goodson Family for giving my Uncle Robert a great homegoing. You have truly earned this review.

The facility is very welcoming with beautiful & inviting furnishings that makes it feel like home. The PowerPoint presentation & music played during the viewing was the highest of quality.
