Tyrone White

Born on December 19, 1959, in Talladega, AL, Tyrone White was the cherished son of Samuel D. White and Earnestine Keith White. From a young age, Tyrone embraced a life of faith, uniting with Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. His formal education unfolded within the Talladega City School System, culminating at Talladega High School. Tyrone dedicated many years to the poultry industry, working with esteemed companies like Tyson Foods and Goldkist, and later ventured into automotive detailing and construction, showcasing a steadfast work ethic that defined his character. Those who had the pleasure of knowing Tyrone were often greeted by his infectious laughter and jovial spirit. He was a masterful storyteller and infamous jokester, brightening even the cloudiest days with his wit and humor. An avid sports fan, Tyrone passionately supported the Alabama Crimson Tide and cherished moments spent with family, always the center of joy and entertainment in their lives. On Sunday, August 17, 2025, Tyrone regained his salvation while worshipping in prayer with Rev. Kenneth Maurice Stamps and on Monday, August 25, 2025, Mr. Tyrone White began his eternal walk while in the comfort of his home surrounded by his beloved family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Earnestine White, bonus father, S.T. Chapman, grandparents, Earnest and Thelma Keith, and siblings, Karen D. Sims, Harry Charles Keith, Joe Samuel White, Robert Earl White, Debra Joyce White, and Gloria Ann Stamps. As we hold his memories close, Tyrone leaves behind his cherished children - Tyrone Green, Royce Kelly, and Samuel Terrell Calhoun - as well as his sisters, Felicia White, Nina (Anthony) White and Beverly Spencer. He will also be missed by his special niece, La'Keshia White and a multitude of other nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends, all of whom carry a piece of Tyrone's vibrant spirit in their hearts.As we gather to mourn the loss of Tyrone, we invite all who knew him to join us in honoring a life well-lived, reflecting on the legacy of laughter and love he leaves behind. His memory will forever echo in the hearts of those fortunate enough to call him family and friend. Rest in peace, dear Tyrone. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
