Trevion Hill

Born on November 27, 2006, in Talladega, Alabama, Trevion was the joy of his parents, Yolanda Hester and LaFayette Hill, and a source of light in the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. From an early age, Trevion embraced life with an enthusiasm that was contagious. He accepted Christ and became part of the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, a foundation of faith that accompanied him throughout his journey. As a student in the Talladega City School System, he navigated high school with hopes and dreams as expansive as the sky. Trevion had a passion for music that burned brightly; he aspired to be a rapper, pouring his heart into the rhythm and beat, and he inspired his friends to pursue their dreams with the same fervor. Trevion Kenutez Hill, a cherished son, loving companion, and vibrant spirit, left this world far too soon on June 29, 2025, at the tender age of 18. In the fullness of life, Trevion was surrounded by a loving family. Though he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Mixon, he leaves behind a legacy of love and connection. He is survived by his devoted mother, Yolanda Hester; his father, LaFayette Hill (Shawana); his special companion, Kataria Jackson; brothers, Alton Hill (Aylin Cortez), Jordan Murray, Ontarious Hill, Jearious Thomas, and Brodreigus Patterson; sisters, Trinity Hester, Shandreka Ragland, Tereka Ragland, Rihannia Harrison, Armani Harrison, Amari Fegan, Grace Hill, Alecia Wilson, Mya Cannon, and Raneisha Patterson. He is further cherished by his grandparents, Shenick (LaSandra) Hester, Sr., Mary Ragland, and Michelle Swain; his Godmother, Edna Ragland; aunts, Sheneka (Quinton) Crawford, Shanyail Hester, LaToya (Corey) Hunt, TeJarris Stockdale, Jasmine Stockdale, Shalonda Thomas, Michelle Swink, and Tamika Swain; uncles, Steven (Octavia) Hester, Shenick (Brandy) Hester, Jr. Korborkius (Nastassia McCargo) Stockdale; Corey Hill, and Bobby Thomas; nieces, Arabella Hill and Annaliese Hill; special cousins, Xzavier Roberson, Nakayla Collins, Nasir Collins, Miasia Barclay, TaQuarius Hester, Tanequa Hester, Shakenya Chatman, Shanyail Hester, Javonda Garrett, Kamari Burst, Ashlynn Hester, Emberlynn Hester, and Kassidy Hammonds; Goddaughter, Mariah; special friends, "MJ" and Mytavion Hunley; numerous cousins and a host of friends who will forever miss his vibrant presence and infectious smile. Trevion will forever be missed in our community and within the hearts of those he touched.
