Mr. Spencer Lamar Reeves, Jr

February 4, 1997 - April 30, 2022

Mr. Reeves was born on February 4, 1997 in Talladega, Alabama to the parentage of Spencer Reeves, Sr. and Antonietta McKenzie. Affectionately known as "Boo-Man", Spencer received his formal education in the Talladega City School system and attended Talladega High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing on his play station game. Spencer had a great sense of humor and loved his teeth. He was known for his beautiful smile that would always lighten up the darkest room. Although he could not cook at all, he was always in the kitchen trying to cook something that never turned out quite right. Spencer will truly be missed by his community and loved ones. At the young age of 25, Spencer Lamar Reeves, Jr. departed this walk of life on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Anderson Reeves, Sr. and Nancy Reeves. Spencer leaves to cherish his memories a loving mother, Antonietta McKenzie; father, Spencer (LaWanda) Reeves, Sr.; one sister, LeAndrea (Deaireus Truss, Sr.) McKenzie; two brothers, Timothy (Mekiyia) McKenzie and Andrew Reeves; two bonus sisters, Kerri Onna Terrell and Brooklyn Terrell; grandparents, Gloria McKenzie and Arthur Patterson; nieces, Kaydence McKenzie, Paislee McKenzie and Emerson Dowdell; nephews, Chase McKenzie, Caleb Truss, Deaireus Truss, Jr. and Zemetris Dowdell; aunts, Cherell (Reginald) Martin and Casaundra Reeves; uncle, Arthur McKenzie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
