Myra Spratling
February 2, 1958 - September 17, 2021
Mrs. Myra Lynch Spratling was born to the union of the late Mann Lynch, Sr. and the late Vera Mae Bradford Lynch in Talladega, Alabama. At an early age, Myra accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and united with Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She attended school in the Talladega City School System and was a graduate of Talladega High School. Upon her completion of high school, Myra enrolled at Talladega College and began working as a CNA with Talladega Healthcare. Before retiring after being a dedicated employee for 28 years, Myra had become a devoted Restorative Therapist. She was such an energetic, fun-loving and free hearted person who enjoyed reading and writing and would give you the shirt off her back. Myra was also an all-around person that was very family oriented. She loved spending plenty of quality time with her grandchildren. Myra is truly going to be missed by all her family and the lives she has touched. Myra peacefully accepted her heavenly wings and departed this walk of life on Saturday, September 17, 2021, while surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of her home. Once boarding the train to glory, Myra was welcomed home by her husband, Arthur Lee Spratling, Sr., parents, Mann Lynch, Sr. and Vera Mae Lynch.
