Mrs. Jessie M Williams
July 29, 1951 - February 14, 2022
Jessie Mae Williams started her life's journey on July 29, 1951 and passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2022. She was born to the parents of Jessie and Mary Etta Williams in Pell City, AL. She attended St. Clair County Training School and later worked various jobs. She later briefly moved to Los Angeles, California before returning home. She accepted Christ at a young age and served in many churches throughout the community during her lifetime. She was passionate about studying God's word and sharing wisdom with others. She loved fishing cooking and had the perfect eye for fashion. She was very giving, and when visiting her, it was never a dull moment because she could always fill in the blanks with endless conversations. She was always thrilled to receive a bucket of freshly caught fish from family, and on her birthday, she always looked forward to a chocolate cake. In addition, she always loved being chauffeured by her nephew Anthony knowing that he was just a phone call away. Regardless of the size of a gift or act of kindness, she was always excited and appreciative. She was preceded in death by her parents Jessie and Mary Etta Williams and brother, Albert Beavers. She leaves to cherish her life, her sister Willie (Alonzo) Gover of Cropwell, AL; 14 nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
