Warren Dean Blair

Mr. Warren Dean Blair departed this life on March 28, 2026, at his home in Henrico, Virginia surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Warren was born on January 28,1955, in Anniston, Alabama, to the late Jonas and Martha Blair. He accepted Christ at an early age and after relocating to Henrico, Virginia, Warren continued his walk of faith at Trinity Baptist Church under the pastorate of Dr. Rev. A. Lincoln James, where he attended and served faithfully until his health began to decline. Warren was a proud graduate of Cobb High School, class of 1973. After graduation, Warren honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He later decided to further his education by obtaining both his electrical and barber's licenses while attending Alabama State University. Continuing his dedication to growth, he earned a degree in psychology from Kaplan University. Warren was also a proud and dedicated member of the Saint John Grand Lodge, State of Virginia, where he held the distinguished title of Bro. Warren D. Blair, 32nd Worshipful Master, a title he did not take for granted. Warren was a hardworking and skilled man who wore many hats throughout his life. He worked as a barber and a general contractor, building not only homes and careers but also lasting relationships within his community. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his beloved wife, Carolyn Lewis Blair; his children, Mondreco Blair, Kim Blair, Shakita Emory, Warren L. Blair, Shanell Carter-Williams (Donnie), Eleanor Daniel (Keith), Kimberly Williams-Wilson (William), Candria Lewis Kendrick (LaMonte), and Amber Blair Moore (Kriston). Warren also leaves his loving aunt, Lorene Blair, along with a host of nieces and nephews, whom he loved as his own, and many cherished cousins. Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Jonas and Martha Blair; his sisters Deborah Blair Twymon, and Linda Boston; his brothers, Reginald Blair and Martin Blair; his grandparents, Alice and Jonas Blair, Joseph McGuire, and Mary P. Blake; his great-granddaughter, Niquavia Blair; his niece, Alexandria Twymon; and his nephew, Jonas Blair.
