Tadrion McKenzie

Tadrion Shavar McKenzie was born on October 18, 1982 to the parentage of Ronald Bibb and Angela McKenzie Wilson in Talladega, Alabama. As a youth, Tadrion accepted Christ and united with Lilly Hill Baptist Church where he was a member of the youth choir. Tadrion's formative years were spent navigating through the Talladega County School System displaying his talents on the football fields of both Childersburg High and Talladega High School. Tadrion worked various jobs as a forklift operator in the automotive industry. Tadrion was affectionately known by family and friends as "Gunther". Following his academic pursuits, Tadrion ventured into the workforce, taking on roles as a forklift operator in the automotive industry. His passion for sports, particularly football, shone brightly, with an unwavering loyalty to his favorite team, Ohio State. Outside of sports, Tadrion was a food enthusiast, showcasing his mastery in grilling and cooking, earning the title of a professional griller in the eyes of his loved ones. As he traveled his earthly journey, he was united in Holy Matrimony to Latosha Summerville and to this union came the blessing of two beautiful children whom he loved and cherished. As time winds its course, we look ahead to a future where Tadrion's spirit transcends this earthly realm, as he embarks on his journey towards eternal peace. On Friday evening, February 9, 2023, Tadrion traded his earthly home for eternal rest reuniting with his father, Ronald Bibb, bonus father, Michael Wilson, grandmothers, Betty McKenzie and Louise Bibb, and grandfather, James Morris. Tadrion leaves to cherish his loving memories, his two children, Tadrion McKenzie, Jr. and Lynntaecha McKenzie; two bonus children, A.J. Evans and Antyneicha Evans; his loving and devoted mother, Angela McKenzie (Sharon Beck) Wilson; three brothers, Rontavius (Janetta) McKenzie, Kadrin (FiFi "Danielle") Robinson, and Desmond Wilson; sister, Janita Reaves; mother of his children, Latosha Summerville; uncles, Spencer (Theresa) McKenzie and Haywood (Benita) Bibb; aunts, Marsha (William) McCain, Shannon McKenzie, La'Tonja McKenzie, Sheryl (Ben) Tanner, Audrey Gardner, Angela Smith, Jessica Smith, and Ann Smith; grandfather, Willie Smith; nieces and nephews, Takayja Robinson, Kadriunna Robinson, Shaynia Robinson, Amena Robinson, and Quontavius McKenzie; special cousin, Nicole McKenzie; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
