Robert Earl White

Robert Earl White began his earthly life journey in Talladega, AL on November 23, 1956 when he was born to the union of the late Samuel D. White and the late Earnestine White. Robert Earl confessed Christ at an early age and united with Sycamore Missionary Baptist Church. He received his formal education in the Talladega City School System and was a graduate of Eastside High School. He put in many hours throughout his journey as a diligent machinist worker at Talladega Foundry. Robert Earl loved to work, and it was proven in his later years after retirement when he became an automotive detailer washing and cleaning cars; but most of all propelling in the community and around the city. Everyone who knew Robert Earl, knew he was the cleanest and best dressed man around town. He loved shopping and was always at somebody yard sale looking for a bargain. There is no doubt he loved his family and was a great provider. He was a very humorous man always somewhere joking around and keeping you laughing. On Saturday, May 13, 2023, Mr. Robert Earl White began his eternal walk at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. He was preceded in death on this journey by his parents, Samuel and Earnestine White, daughter, Christie Orr Sanders, grandparents, Earnest and Thelma Keith, and siblings, Karen D. Sims, Harry Keith, Joe S. White, Debra White, and Gloria Stamps. Robert Earl's memories will be cherished by his wife, Virginia White; eight children, Shekina (Darrell) Green , Robert Chatman, Cassandra (Leonard) Magaskin , Jacory Farris, Lasonya (Demetrius) Hunter, Robin Farris, Johnaton (Taelia) Orr , Jeremy (Brandi) Weed, and J'Quil Weed; special grandchildren, Shakenya Chatman, Shavaria Billingsley, Shariyah Buchanan, Meoshia Dobbins, Jeremey Weed, Jr., Antonio Dobbins, Aubrey Patterson, Cikierria Orr, Eric Dumas, Korion Dumas ,Nivea Dumas Zianna Dumas and Desean Bartley; siblings, Felicia White, Nina (Anthony) White, Beverly Spencer, and Tyrone White; seven sisters-in-law, Vetina (Antonio) Daniels, LaShunda (Bruce) Garrett, Patricia Hill, Delois Allen, Debra Wills, Alma Woodard, and Doretha Wills; six brothers-in-law, Stanley (Elaine) Weed, Terrance (Alisha) Weed, Jimmy Weed, Marcus Weed, Derrick (Taiwania) Hunter, Darryl Wills; two special friends, Billy Wallace and Larry Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
