In Loving Memory of Ms. LaKeashia "Ms. Lady K" Scott LaKeashia Scott, a vibrant and beloved mother, sister, niece, and friend, roared into this world on February 15, 1979, in Talladega, Alabama to the parentage of Helen Scott Allison and the late Willie Jemison. LaKeashia was blessed to have her grandmother, the late Emma Jean Hawkins Scott and Tyrone Morris, Sr. in her life as they took her under there wings and raised her as their own. LaKeashia cherished her family above all else. She was the proud mother of four children, LaShanna, Senyakah, Savion, and Prince, who were the sunshine's of her life. LaKeashia embraced her role as a mother with relentless dedication, showering her children with warmth, guidance, and endless support. Education played a significant role in LaKeashia's life, as she attended Talladega High School, where she laid the foundation for a successful future as she continued her education at Gadsden State Community College, earning an associate degree as a cosmetologist. This opened doors for her in the industry she loved, and she became a talented hair stylist. LaKeashia's resilient spirit took her on a journey through various career paths. Whether it be customer service, maintenance, janitorial duties, or cooking, LaKeashia approached every role with boundless energy and a smile that could brighten anyone's day. Outside of her professional life, LaKeashia reveled in the simple pleasures that brought her joy. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, creating lasting memories and cherishing each moment shared together. Her presence radiated warmth and love, offering comfort and support to those lucky enough to be in her company. LaKeashia had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed the thrill of a wagering as she took chances with scratch-off's and would often test her luck at the Georgia line, making every moment an exciting possibility. She loved helping others no matter what the project was and if you called LaKeashia Scott, she was giving her all to help. In her leisure time, LaKeashia found solace and friendship within the motorcycle club community. She loved the sense of freedom and unity it provided, and her infectious laughter and vibrant personality quickly earned her a special place in the hearts of the motorcycle clubs. LaKeashia Scott, a passionate and spirited woman, who led a life filled with laughter, kindness, and unwavering love peacefully transitioned from labor to eternal rest on Sunday, September 17, 2023, while under the care of Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama surrounded by loved ones. Once gaining her wings, she was reunited with her beloved son, Prince Scott, loving grandparents, Emma Jean Scott and Joseph Scott; father, Willie Jemison, sister/cousin, Fenita R. Holtzclaw; and aunt, Joann Scott. Today, as we honor the incredible life of LaKeashia Scott, we celebrate the light she brought into the lives of so many. Her memory will forever be cherished, and her legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to inspire all those fortunate enough to have known her including her two daughters, LaShanna M. Scott and Senyakah K. Darling; son, Savion T. Scott; granddaughter, Abri' A. Scott; bonus father, Tyrone Morris, Sr.; four brothers, Corey Hill, Tyrone Morris, Jr., Bradley Morris, and Alex Morris; three sisters, Briaunna Morris, LaTangela Morris, and Mattie Chatman; special uncle, Steve (Charles) Scott; bonus sister and best friend, Chatarra Williams; special family, Lawanna "CC" Wilson and Nick Twymon; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. The loss of LaKeashia is deeply felt within her family, extended relatives, and friends. Although her physical presence will be immensely missed, her spirit will forever shine brightly in their hearts.
